Hamilton Oaks Vineyard is a small family run winery, nestled in the hills of Trabuco Canyon, California.  The hillside vineyard was planted in 1989 behind the family home with Cabernet Sauvignon grapes and the dream of one day opening and operating a small winery.  The area's climate is ideal for growing and harvesting grapes.  Hamilton Oaks Cabernet Sauvignon wine has won many medals and awards and is recognized at several local and countrywide competitions.  Today, Hamilton Oaks is recognized as the first commercial winery licensed in Orange County in almost 150 years.  The wine making takes place adjacent to the vineyard in Trabuco Canyon, and Lodi,California.  The process from harvesting grapes to the final bottling all happens in this family owned vineyard and at our sister winery in Lodi, California.
